Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), party size, stay dates, and any message you send. If you pay by card, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To manage your reservation and communicate about your stay.
• To meet legal obligations (tax records, occupancy reporting where required).
• Nothing else. We don't sell your data, run ad trackers, or send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Sharing

Reservation dates (but not your identity) are shared with Airbnb's calendar system so both channels show accurate availability. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy. We use Cloudflare to host this site; standard server logs (IP, pages visited) are retained briefly for security.

Security cameras

Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for safety. There are no cameras inside the cabin, and no cameras overlook the hot tub, sauna, or other amenity areas in a way that intrudes on your privacy.

Your rights

Email hello@wildhavencabin.com to request a copy of the data we hold about you or to have it deleted (we may retain what tax law requires us to keep).
