Short-Term Rental Agreement

Last updated: July 2026 · This agreement is entered into between the guest ("Guest") and the property owners of Wild Haven Cabin, Atlanta, Georgia ("Host") upon booking.

1. The Property & Occupancy

Wild Haven Cabin is a one-bedroom cabin in Atlanta, Georgia. Maximum occupancy is 3 registered guests. Only guests named in the booking may stay overnight. Visitors and gatherings of unregistered guests are not permitted.

2. Rental Period

Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the arrival date; check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late check-out without prior approval may incur an additional night's charge.

3. Payment

The total shown at booking includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes and fees. For booking requests, payment instructions are sent upon confirmation and payment is due to finalize the reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, incorporated into this agreement by reference.

6. Amenity Use & Assumption of Risk

The property includes a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, and natural wooded terrain including a creek. These amenities carry inherent risks. Guest agrees to follow all posted and written instructions (provided in the cabin guidebook and at the Guest Guide), to supervise minors at all times, and to use amenities at Guest's own risk. The fire pit may be used only in calm, dry conditions and must never be left unattended.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Host is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to Guest or Guest's property arising from use of the property and its amenities, except where caused by Host's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guest agrees to indemnify Host against claims arising from Guest's breach of this agreement or negligent acts.

8. Damage & Conduct

Guest agrees to report any damage or malfunction promptly and is responsible for the cost of repairing damage beyond normal wear and tear caused during the stay. The cabin exterior is monitored by security cameras (outdoor areas only; there are no cameras inside).

9. Access

Host may access the property during the stay for urgent repairs or safety concerns, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
